					<description>Definately good to hear you're losing weight.  It's tough; keep at it, though.  Once you start in earnest, you generally lose quite a bit quite quickly.  Personally, never go for the pay-for route myself, I'm more of a "starve myself to thin-ness then eat right" kinda fox, but, meh, to each their own.  Good luck with the Taiji as well.</description>

					<description>Thank you! And I have never liked being overly hungry. I fast when ill, or occasionally for religions purposes, but that's about it. If you starve yourself you can actually cause your metabolism to crash, thus making it harder to loose the weight, do work, or keep weight off when you start eating again. It also makes it hard to keep your nutrition up.</description>
