It's an apartment, all on one floor. I wasn't really interested in wasting space on a staircase and have it count as a part of my floor space when they calculate the value. Unfortunately, it's on the 3rd floor, so I'm going to wind up getting some movers due to all the heavy stuff I have to move. I'm packing everything up in big boxes as well so that they can be moved quickly... at least as far as things that will go out in boxes rather than the back of my car are concerned. Heh.
